I am sorry to learn there was a death in your family. The loss of a loved one is very painful. I'd like to share scripture that may bring comfort to your family. Mark 5:35-43 reads in part...While Jesus was speaking, he overheard men telling an officer of the synagogue that his daughter died. Upon hearing this, Jesus, Peter, James and John, the brother of James, went alone to the officer's home. When they arrived, Jesus went to the child and told her to get up. Immediately, she got up. You see, Jehovah promises a resurrection of our loved ones. (Acts 24:15) We must have faith in this promise. To strengthen our faith, also read Isaiah 55:11 and Isaiah 25:8.

Dear Palmers -- we extend our love and sympathy over the death of a great man. We always loved going to the store and visiting with Brother Palmer. He was always so kind and helpful. We were out of town at the time of his passing, but want you all to know that we think very highly of all of you. You have a special spot in our hearts. With our love, Al and Linda

Van Palmer gave me my first job ever. It was at the Patio and he taught me things that I still to this day use. He was a wonderful man and always a pleasure to be around. Sorry for your loss.

Uncle LaVan was a good man and a great example to me throughout my life. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and entrepreneur. I was always impressed by his loving demeanor and kindness when we visited his beautiful home and family. He is the first of my mother's siblings to leave this life. Rest in peace, Uncle LaVan.

Dear Palmer Family, We were sorry to hear about the passing of your dear husband/father. We appreciated knowing him and enjoyed seeing him at his places of business. He treated his customers as friends, because we were all his friends and neighbors. May the Lord's blessings and comforting spirit be with you during this time.

Dear Palmer family,
I am sad to see Mr. Palmer's passing. I played on the Little League he sponsored. He was always smiling and nice to me. You are in my prayers.
